The first floor features a queen bedroom with water views, TV and shares a bathroom with the Bunk bedroom. The bedroom with the two twin beds has a door to the hall bath.
There is also a queen sleeper bedroom/den with a TV on this level.
The second floor flows with its open living/dining area, and has a 46″ Flat Screen TV. Hang out
with everyone even while in the kitchen, which has all the creature comforts! The water views
from this area are spectacular! You will be able to enjoy amazing sunsets over the bay!
The main bedroom is on this same level complete with king bed, 42″ Flat Screen TV, and a private master bath with jetted tub and huge walk in glass block shower.
Stow away in the third floor loft that has queen sleeper sofa, desk and wet bar. Finally reach
new heights in the fourth floor lookout tower room complete with balcony and awesome views!
Curl up with a book on one of the Newly Furnished areas on two wrap around porches and open
deck. Catch some rays or shade while sipping your favorite beverage, the choice is yours !
There is a private dock with a covered gazebo, perfect for fishing, crabbing, or just relaxing.
A huge private outdoor shower to rinse, and a gas grill at ground level make for easy grilling.
The home has a large driveway and grass area for kids to play. The street is a cul-de-sac
perfect for bike riding or strolling.
